Man arrested in Old Westbury, accused of DWI

OLD WESTBURY, N.Y. (WABC) -- A New Hyde Park man was arrested, accused of driving while intoxicated with his children in the car.

Geo Jossy, 31, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. Friday in Old Westbury. According to Nassau County Police Department officers, Jossy was driving northbound on Glen Cove Road when he was stopped for suspicion of driving while intoxicated. He was pulled over and arrested.

His 1-year-old and 3-year-old children were in the car at the time and were released to their mother who was also a passenger in the car.

Jossy is charged with two counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated and DWI. He is scheduled for arraignment Saturday in Hempstead.
