Floral Park man charged in string of Bellerose burglaries

FLORAL PARK, N.Y. (WABC) -- Police have arrested a Floral Park man in a series of burglaries on Long Island.

According to Nassau County police, from Sept. 17 to Oct. 4, there were five burglaries at homes in the Hudson Road area of Bellerose Village.

Stanley Vasquez, 26, of Floral Park, was arrested Tuesday in connection with the burglaries. He is charged with five counts of second-degree burglary and is scheduled for arraignment Tuesday.
