6-year-old Connecticut girl dies of flu-related complications

NORWALK, Connecticut (WABC) -- A six-year-old girl from Connecticut has died of flu-related complications.

The mayor of Norwalk says the girl went to Columbus Magnet School and passed away Sunday morning.

The school is taking extra precautions and workers will clean the building by the time kids return to class on Tuesday.

Grief counselors will also be at the school on Tuesday morning.
