Harlem man using walker robbed of gold chain

HARLEM, New York (WABC) -- Police are looking for a man in connection with the robbery of a man using a walker.

Around 2 p.m. Monday, a man followed the victim into the vestibule of his building at Manhattan Avenue and Saint Nicholas Avenue.

According to the New York City Police Department, the suspect snatched a gold chain from the victim's neck and shoved him to the ground.

The suspect is described as a black man, about 5 feet 10 inches tall and 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a tan hat, white sneakers and a multi-colored shirt.
