Orange juice sales skyrocket during this year's flu season

NEW YORK (WABC) -- The rough flu season has been good news for at least one thing - orange juice.

Orange juice sales are up nearly one percent in the past four weeks - the first year-to-year increase in nearly five years.

Analysts do not expect the trend to last beyond flu season.
