Michael Lohan surrenders to police to face battery charge in October incident

FLORIDA (WABC) -- Lindsay Lohan's father is under arrest again, this time charged in an altercation with his estranged wife.

Michael Lohan was taken into custody in Florida Monday morning. He reportedly surrendered to authorities.

The 55-year-old is accused of choking Kate Major in October and slapping their son in the face.

TMZ reports that Major taped the incident, and that police used the footage to charge Michael Lohan with battery.
