Temperatures continue to moderate through the week, reaching the mid-30s by Tuesday and possibly the first 40s since January 22nd on Wednesday before we're back below average later in the week.

Out in Montauk, the frozen looks like something found in a Nordic country.

The waters off the so-called "end of the world" were filled with sheets of ice. Drone footage captured the iconic lighthouse surrounded by ice and snow.

The National Weather Service says the temperature there dropped as low as -1 Fahrenheit between last Friday to Saturday.
