Long Island man accused of driving drunk with 3-year old girl in back seat

BALDWIN (WABC) -- A Long Island man is under arrest after police say he got behind the wheel while drunk with a child in the car.

42-year old Rafael Ramon of Baldwin in Nassau County was arrested for DWI Saturday night.

Troopers stopped him for speeding on the Meadowbrook State Parkway in East Meadow.

There were three passengers in the car, police say, including Ramon's three-year old daughter in a rear child seat.

According to police, Ramon failed sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for DWI after producing a positive breath sample of .12% blood alcohol content. He was charged with Felony DWI (Leandra's Law,
