Police: Man exposed genitals to young girl in Lower East Side apartment

LOWER EAST SIDE, Manhattan (WABC) -- Police are searching for a man who exposed himself to a 6-year-old girl on the Lower East Side.

On Saturday around 8 p.m. the man approached the young girl inside an apartment building on Henry Street. The suspect then exposed his genitals and rubbed it on the girl's face.

Police have described the suspect as a dark-skinned man wearing a red t-shirt and a black baseball hat.
