NEW YORK (WABC) -- Hundreds of superfans in Manhattan are now several hours into the ultimate Marvel superhero movie marathon.
AMC's Loews Lincoln Square on the Upper West Side kicked off 28 straight hours of Marvel Wednesday night.
The marathon includes 11 movies in all; it began with "Iron Man" and will culminate with the premiere of "Avengers: Age of Ultron".
"By the time the 'Age of Ultron' starts you are going to see a full auditorium in there of people super excited despite the fact that they've been up for 28 hours, 30 hours, 50 hours, for who knows how long," said Ryan Noonan, the spokesperson for AMC.
"Avengers: Age of Ultron" has already brought in more than $200-million worldwide.
