Old water bottles turned into winter coats in Iowa

IOWA -- An Iowa company is turning old water bottles into fleece coats.

It's all thanks to the Keep America Beautiful Organization.

Old plastic water bottles are recycled and turned into warm fleece coats.

Each coat is made out of 25 plastic bottles.

A total of 700 fleece coats were donated this week to the Quad Cities Coats for Kids program, thanks to this unique recycling program.
