New video of tragic parachute accident that killed Navy SEAL in NJ

JERSEY CITY, New Jersey (WABC) -- There is new video of the parachute accident that killed an elite Navy SEAL in New Jersey over the Memorial Day weekend.

Video shows the moment spectators realized something went wrong.

27-year-old combat veteran Remington Peters was killed Sunday during a Fleet Week air show.

Peters' parachute failed to open and he plunged into the Hudson River.

It's still not clear what went wrong.
