Shooting in Parkchester leaves man with head wound

BRONX, N.Y. (WABC) -- Police are looking for a man responsible for a shooting in Parkchester this week.

Around 1 a.m. on Tuesday, a 30-year-old man was on the 1500 block of Leland Avenue when the suspect began shooting. The victim began to run, but was struck in the head.

The suspect fled. The victim was taken to Jacobi Hospital where he is stable.
