Police hunt for gunman after Paterson gas station attendant murdered

PATERSON, New Jersey (WABC) -- Police in New Jersey are on the hunt for a gunman who murdered a gas station attendant.

The shooting happened in Paterson on Route 20 in Mclean Boulevard and First Avenue.

Police say the worker, identified as 57-year-old Ruskin Magamedov of Fair Lawn, was found on the ground at the station around 6 p.m. Monday. He was taken to St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center where he later died.
