NJ officials try their hand at boardwalk fun and games
Jeff Smith has the details on the fun and games on the boardwalk.

POINT PLEASANT BEACH, New Jersey (WABC) -- Inspectors hit the boardwalk in one Jersey Shore town Wednesday, part of an annual tradition to check popular boardwalk games to ensure summer visitors aren't getting ripped off.

The Division of Consumer Affairs inspected the games in Point Pleasant Beach -- like the dart balloon pop, basketball and the infamous claw game -- to make sure they're not rigged.

New Jersey Attorney General Chris Porrino joined the inspectors on their walk through, and vendors risk violations if they don't play by the rules.
