Pregnant suspect who escaped from police in Brookyn back in custody

BROOKLYN (WABC) -- A pregnant woman who escaped from police in Brooklyn is back in custody.

Carmen Riley, who is four months pregnant, slipped out of Brookdale Hospital Friday afternoon.

Police took her there when she complained she wasn't feeling well.

Riley had just been picked up for driving a rental car that was five weeks overdue.

She is now charged in that case and the escape.
