New home given to family of Staten Island teen with rare skin condition

NEW YORK (WABC) -- This week, the family of a teenage boy will receive a special gift: a new home.

John Hudson Dilgen suffers from a rare skin condition. Now the Tunnel to Towers Foundation is giving his family a new smart home to help him lead a better life.
