Thousands head to Central Park for massive water fight

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Thousands of New Yorkers had the right idea on Saturday when they headed to Central Park for a massive water fight.

More than 60,000 people RSVP-ed to the event on Facebook. It wasn't approved by the Central Park Conservancy, because officials were concerned about possible damage to the park grass.

However, organizers of the event went ahead anyways, and so far, it appears that there were not any problems.
