The New York Giantsown six picks in the 2024 NFL draft, including the No. 6 pick. The Giants may use their first-round pick to draft Daniel Jones' replacement, despite signing the quarterback to a four-year, $160 million extension last March.

Entering last offseason, the Giants were trying to find a way to keep both Jones and running back Saquon Barkley. But the Giants finished 6-11 last season, with Jones playing in just six games due to injury. Barkley left in free agency to sign with the Philadelphia Eagles and Jones could be playing his final season in New York.

The 2024 NFL draft will take place at Campus Martius Park and Hart Plaza in Detroit from April 25 through April 27. Round 1 will begin April 25 at 8 p.m. ET, while Rounds 2 and 3 are on April 26 starting at 7 p.m. ET. Rounds 4 through 7 begin at noon ET on April 27. The draft will be broadcast on ESPN, ABC, ESPN+ and the ESPN App. There are 257 total picks in the draft.

Here's the full list of the Giants' draft picks by round, along with a look at their top roster needs headed into the 2024 season.

New York Giants 2024 draft picks

  • Round 1: No. 6

  • Round 2: No. 47 (via Seattle)

  • Round 3: No. 70

  • Round 4: No. 107

  • Round 5: No. 166 (via Carolina through San Francisco)

  • Round 6: No. 183

Top three needs: WR, QB, CB. The offensive line not making this list speaks to how many holes the Giants still have on their roster. But they still desperately need a future franchise quarterback (due to Jones' injury history) and a No. 1 wide receiver. A veteran starting cornerback is likely necessary as well, with Adoree' Jackson unsigned.

It's clear the Giants are looking at quarterbacks with the No. 6 pick in the draft. Owner John Mara said he would "certainly support" taking a quarterback if the team fell in love with one throughout the process. If not, it sets up well for the Giants to land a true No. 1 wide receiver. -- Jordan Raanan
