The Brooklyn Nets have traded the No. 27 pick to the LA Clippers for their 2020 first-round pick, via the Philadelphia 76ers, and the 56th pick tonight, a league source tells ESPN.
The Clippers used the 27th pick to takeFlorida StateforwardMfiondu Kabengele.
The 6-foot-10, 256-pound Kabengele is strong inside and has good touch from 3-point range, making 37% from beyond the arc in two seasons with the Seminoles.
The deal, once official, will help to give Brooklyn $68.67 million in cap space.
