GREENWICH VILLAGE, Manhattan (WABC) -- Police are investigating after a series of swastikas were found scrawled on four dorm rooms at the New School in Manhattan.
New School President David Van Zandt tweeted out a condemnation of the graffiti, calling it 'abhorrent', and 'against every value of the school'.
Van Zandt says immediate and appropriate action is being taken.
Mayor Bill de Blasio also condemned the hate speech, saying it is reprehensible, and has no place in New York City.
