Flames broke out inside a single-family home at 12 Cameron Rd. in Tenafly around 11:45 a.m.
The building was supposedly vacant, but squatters were reportedly inside at the time of the fire.

A community activist known for challenging local elected officials on the ballot, in the courts and online is claiming his car was intentionally set on fire.
The video was taken near the first known incident in Forest Hills, which occurred around 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 8 at 68-60 112th St., police say.
