A woman has been arrested when a raccoon named Chewy was holding a meth pipe in the driver's seat of her car in what police are calling a "strange encounter on patrol."
It happened around 6 p.m. Sunday on Fulton Street in Bed-Stuy.
Officers had pulled the vehicle over, a grey Range Rover with Virginia license plates, on West 115th Street just before 12:45 a.m. Friday.
