Tens of thousands of bees swarm Times Square NYPD camera

TIMES SQUARE, Manhattan (WABC) -- Times Square was not only full of people on Sunday, it was full of tens of thousands of bees.

Police say nearly 20,000 bees were on an NYPD camera at 42nd Street and Broadway.

Police removed the bees shortly after they were spotted, and brought them to a safe location.

Thankfully, no one was harmed, and the NYPD says no bee was left behind.
