Race discussed at debate watch parties in Manhattan

HARLEM (WABC) -- The issue of race was prominent in the first presidential debate; from the birther issue involving President Barack Obama, to crime, and "Stop and Frisk".

Donald Trump tried to appeal to ethnic minorities, despite very low approval ratings from blacks and Hispanics.
