Police arrest man in connection with death in Forest Park

WOODHAVEN, N.Y. (WABC) -- Police have arrested a man in connection with the death of a man found in Forest Park in Queens.

Zoltan Forai, a 44-year-old homeless man, was arrested, and charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon.

The Medical Examiner ruled the death of Diego Piedrahita, 23, whose body was discovered in Forest Park in Queens, a homicide. He died of blunt impacts to the head with skull fractures.

Piedrahita was found dead June 10 near Park Lane South and Woodhaven Boulevard in the Woodhaven neighborhood.

The investigation is ongoing, and no arrests have been made.
