NEW YORK (WABC) -- Plans for the fourth and final skyscraper at the World Trade Center site were revealed Tuesday.

The designs were made public for Two World Trade.

It will be the last tower built on the site of the 9/11 attacks.

The design is intended to resemble a vertical village, with seven buildings stacked on top of each other.

Designers say Two World Trade will be 1,340 feet tall.

Last month, the new observatory at the top of One World Trade Center, the nation's tallest building, opened to the public.
