BROOKLYN (WABC) -- An MTA bus driver is under arrest for allegedly choking a passenger during an argument in Brooklyn.
It happened Wednesday morning in Bensonhurst.
Sources tell Eyewitness News the driver, 49-year-old Toussaint Cummings, was trying to stop a passenger from getting on the bus with a Yorkie in a bag.
Cummings allegedly got up from his seat and put his hands around the passenger's neck, then closed the door so the victim couldn't leave.
