NJ to charge fraud in $5 million of mortgages

Prosecutors in New Jersey are bringing racketeering charges against individuals and companies they say were involved with $5 million in fraudulently obtained mortgages. Attorney General Anne Milgram is to announce the civil actions Tuesday afternoon.

Her office says the residential properties involved are located throughout the state.
