More than 30 survivors of a casino bus crash that killed 3 people are expected to fly back home to South Carolina. A spokeswoman for Harrah's Entertainment said 31 people were treated and released from a hospital after the Sunday morning wreck.

Seven people remained hospitalized Monday.

The identities of the passengers who were killed were not immediately released.

The bus was the only vehicle involved in the accident. It belonged to Harrah's Tunica and was carrying 43 people when it flipped over in a median at an intersection in Tunica.

Tourists on the bus were headed to the airport for a chartered flight to South Carolina.
