Cherry Street East Salmon
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
2 cups soy sauce
½ cup honey
3 Tbls fresh chopped ginger
2 Tsp fresh chopped garlic
4 Tbls fresh chopped cilantro
4 salmon filets
Recipe:
Mix first 5 ingredients in bowl, place salmon filets in the bowl and refrigerate for at least two hours.
Place on grill for about 4 minutes per side. Serve with your favorites side dishes.
