Police investigate 2 home invasions

WESTCHESTER The incidents have police searching for a number of suspects.

One of the home invasions happened in Greenburgh, in which four bandits allegedly pushed their way into a home late Monday night demanding money from the family's safe.

Police were reportedly able to capture one of the suspects in the case. The other three managed to get away, despite a massive manhunt.

The second incident happened in Mount Vernon. In that case, two men possibly dressed as police officers pushed their way into a home on High Street.

Police say they got away with $3,000.
