There's a simple way to improve your health and good looks at the same time.

Adding more fruits and vegetables to your diet may actually make you more attractive.

The yellow-red pigments found in fruits and veggies are called carotenoids, and they affect your skin color.

Researchers discovered that when people increased their carotenoids their skin appeared to have a healthy red tone.
