2 suffer stab wounds at Colgate campus party brawl
HAMILTON, N.Y.
University officials say a student was in stable condition at a hospital and an alumnus was treated and released after the two were stabbed at the party early Saturday morning.
Officials say there were about 300 people at the party at Parker Commons, but no alcohol was served.
Campus safety officials say there was a fight among a small group of people and then others stepped in to break it up.
Multiple police agencies were called around 2:30 a.m. and the event was shut down.
