Changes to the SAT

March 5, 2014

And we ain't talking about Saturday!

Now, a dramatic and radical revamping of the SAT's – including tutoring, taking some of the words off the test, and optional essays! We'll have the 4-1-1 on the new SAT rules, tonight at 11.

Also at 11, it's a huge talker a report of a dog in New York, put under for a surgery, also getting a tattoo from his owner, who just happens to work at a tattoo shop. There are howls of protest. What do you think?

And a big change on Facebook, which says it will now start deleting posts from people trying to sell illegal guns or weapons without conducting legally required background checks. Should all Internet gun sales be banned? Or does that violate the 2nd Amendment as well? (Oh if only the Founding Fathers could see what's become of their desire to keep Americans' right to have a musket!)

We'll also have any breaking news of the night, plus Meteorologist Lee Goldberg with how long this frigid air will be around, and Laura Behnke (in for Rob Powers) with the night's sports. I hope you can join Sade Baderinwa and me, tonight at 11.
