Man robbed and killed in Coney Island

CONEY ISLAND 24-year-old Daniel Brandt and a friend arrived at the Sea Rise apartments in Coney Island early Sunday at 1 a.m.

Brandt expected to see a woman he had met online, on craigs list.

Instead, police say two gunmen robbed him on the 4th floor of the building and then shot him in the head.

Police say the woman Brandt met on-line may have set him up, luring him to the building to be robbed.
