Police warn NJ residents about burglars

EAST HANOVER A $6,000 reward is being offered after the sixth in what is believed to be a string of burglaries in East Hanover.

The reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest or conviction in the Oct. 24 burglary of a home. The break-in was interrupted by the homeowner, and the alleged burglars fled.

Authorities believe the incident is connected to at least five others in the area.
