Man falls to his death on the turnpike

LINDEN, N.J. The accident happened near Exit 13 on the New Jersey Turnpike in Linden on Monday afternoon.

The victim was in the back the horse trailer with several other workers when he suddenly fell out.

It's not clear what caused him to fall.

Investigators say the driver pulling the trailer apparently did not know the man fell and continued to the meadowlands race track.
