Police: Man intentionally run down in Newark

NEWARK, NJ It happened just before 3:30 Sunday morning at Ferry and Richards streets.

Police believe the hit and run was intentional because the people involved were reportedly in a fist fight prior to the crash.

The victim is currently in critical condition at UMDNJ.

The driver remains on the run.
