The 37-year-old Musmacker was required to register as a sex offender because of a 1992 sodomy conviction involving a 6-year-old relative.
In the latest case, prosecutors say Musmacker "groomed" his victims, some as young as 16, by giving them cell phones, prepaid phone cards, alcohol and marijuana.
