Police say 25-year-old Roberto Adanes was killed in /*Kew Gardens*/ last week during a fight that witnesses say started over a parking spot.
The gunman fled in a white van with Connecticut plates.
Police released a sketch of the suspect.
The person in custody was questioned and released Monday night without charges.
Adanes brother was also shot and is still in the hospital.
