Woman claims kicked off flight for no underwear

NEW YORK

/*Malinda Knowles*/ says her flight to Florida was poised for take off from /*LaGuardia Airport*/ on July 13th.

That's when she says a JetBlue employee put a walkie talkie between her legs, accused her of not wearing underwear and escorted her off the flight.

Knowles says she was taken to a hanger where she proved she met the dress code.

But once back on the plane, the same employee insisted the pilot would not fly her and again she was booted off.

JetBlue refused to comment to Eyewitness News while the suit is currently in litigation.
