4 Bronx robbery suspects caught on surveillance video

NEW YORK

The suspects are two women and two men, and police say they threatened three people with a gun and a baseball bat inside a Bronxdale apartment.

Then, they allegedly stole money, jewelry and electronics.

The incident happened around 9:30 p.m. on June 5 in the vicinity of Pelham Parkway and White Plains Road.

Police say it began when the 38-year-old victim went outside to throw out the trash and was met by one of the suspects, who was an acquaintance. He let the man inside his apartment, and the other three suspects followed.

The suspects demanded property and prevented two other victims, a 26-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman, from leaving while a fourth suspect acted as a lookout.

No injuries were reported.

Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8447).
