No injuries were reported with the 190-line bus pulled over with flames shooting our the left rear around 8 a.m.
All passengers and the driver safely exited the bus, and the Secaucus Fire Department entinguished the fire.
The riders were transferred to another bus without incident.
NJ Transit officials say the cause of the fire is unclear, and it is under investigation at this time.
