Cornell Tech buildings major effort towards energy efficiency

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Cornell Tech is still a year from moving in to their 12-acre campus on Roosevelt Island, but what's happening there could change how future buildings go up all over New York City.

It's a major effort toward energy efficiency.
