HACKENSACK -- Firefighters had a tough time battling flames at a building in New Jersey on Saturday afternoon.
Flames broke out shortly before 4 p.m. in a business on the first floor of a three-story building on 78 Main Street in Hackensack and spread to the apartments above.
Firefighters from five neighboring towns helped out. Two firefighters from Hackensack suffered from smoke inhalation.
The cause of the fire is now under investigation.
