Cab drivers will no longer be tested for marijuana, the TLC announced.

NEW YORK -- The New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission will no longer test drivers for marijuana.

The TLC says that is because marijuana is now legal in New York.

However, the agency warns drivers they must be sober while driving.

They will continue to administer annual tests for other drugs.
