Man slashed in cheek after dispute at Bronx subway station

EAST TREMONT, Bronx (WABC) -- Police are looking for two suspects in the latest slashing on the subway, this time at a station in the Bronx.

According to the NYPD, a man was attacked after getting into a dispute with another man at the East Tremont and Boston Road station at 174th Street.

One of the men slashed the victim's cheek as he left the station.

The two suspects fled the scene.

The victim received stitches at St. Barnabus Hospital.

Police do not believe it was a random attack. So far there have been no arrests.
