One person, believed to be a suspect attempting to flee, fell from the ninth floor to the sixth floor. That person was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two other people were taken from the scene on stretchers to Jacobi Medical Center.
DEA agents were witnessed banging on doors. Sources say the incident started as a heroin lab bust.
