Police say that a man in his 20's approached a 5-year-old girl at the /*Children's Clothing Store*/ at 54-32 Myrtle Avenue in /*Ridgewood*/ on Friday sometime between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Police say the man touched her groin area over her clothing and fled the location.
The suspect is described as a thin Hispanic man in his 20's last seen wearing blue jean shorts.
